The AESRC Youth Scholarship Auction will be starting on Saturday November 1 at 8pm eastern and ends Friday November 7 at 8pm eastern. Click the link below to preview the animals and items available!
Winners will be contacted by email after the auction ends to arrange payment and pickup. Winners of animal auctions will need to get in touch with the sellers to get pedigrees and sales slips, unless otherwise noted.

Meeting notice!
AESRC Board will meet at the booth at 5pm Saturday November 15.

AESRC Membership meeting will be at 9:30am Monday November 17 in room 203.​

If there are any changes to these dates or times, they will be posted on the website, Facebook, and at the booth.

The club membership voted at the membership meeting in Canton, OH for the following bid for the 2026 All English.

You can make free changes through 10/14/24

All awards must be picked up at the booth.  None will be mailed.  We will also have past awards for Sweeps, Nationals or Convention last year.

The Club did not receive enough petitions for open positions to be voted on by the membership. Those members who did submit petitions will be elected by acclamation as follows:
