2021 AESRC Convention Banquet

When: Monday Oct 25 7pm- 9pm
(The ARBA Youth Banquet is Tuesday night, so they will not have to miss our banquet)

Where: Old Spaghetti Factory - 235 West Market St. Louisville, KY 40202

Cost: $25 per adult
$10 per child

Includes: salad, bread, choice of 3 entrees, ice cream, drink (soft, milk, coffee, tea)

How to reserve your ticket: PayPal by Oct 21 or postmark check by Oct 8. PayPal preferred.
Please include name & how many you are paying or with your PayPal or check.
Count must be turned in the morning of the 22nd, so we will not be able to extend. PreSale only.

Show Date/Time: Open, Sunday October 24, 8am. Youth TBD.

Parking Pass: You'll need to pay for parking upon arrival at the expo center.  You can purchase a weeklong parking pass at the convention apparel booth for $30.
